Patches as of 7/25/15

Hello today we have made a few changes and updates to the server, here they are.
- Removed bones shop from father aereck
- Patched slayer glitch
- Added thieving teleport to the skilling tab
- Patched thieving area stall's so you can continue to thiev even after 99
- You are now able to create dragonfire shields by using a draconic visage and a anti-fire shield on an anvil
- Better Arcanum Player panel
- Arcanum point system is now active
- Pking is fixed, you will lose your items when you die.
- Healer at home now cures poison
- Frost Dragon's are added to the training tab
- Fixed certain items such as chaotics to be untradable
- Item bonuses have been added to: Death cape, Fawkes Mask, Drygore Rapier, Drygore Longsword, Drygore Mace
- Flame Whip and Razor Whip has been buffed
